Registered Nurse - Neuro Stoke Intensive Care Unit

Take your passion for neuro-stroke critical care nursing and your experience (ideally you will need 1 year) as a Registered Nurse to Washington Adventist Hospital, located just outside of Washington DC in beautiful Takoma Park, Maryland. We are proud to be recognized as a high quality provider of stroke care in the region and designated earlier this year as a Primary Stroke Center.

Our 10-bed unit is under the new directorship of, Lisa Seldon, who is bringing a fresh new look and ideas to our unit as we prepare to move to a new state-of-the-art hospital (opening in 2019 in White Oak, MD). In addition to 1 year of critical care nursing experience (ideally in neuro-stroke), we will need you to have your Maryland RN License (or Compact State Nurse Licensure), your American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification along with ACLS certification as well.
For this position, you will be working 12-hour shifts during the night (6:45 pm to 7:15 am) with every other weekend off.
