The Server is responsible ensuring our guests have an experience that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Taking food and beverage orders
  • entering orders quickly and in proper sequence
  • serving food and beverages for guests
  • coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food
  • Providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times

Job Requirements:

  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred
  • Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
  • Ability to transport and carry objects such as high chairs, ice bins and glass racks weighing up to 30 lbs. numerous times throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours
  • Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English. Ability to listen effectively, process information quickly, and transfer knowledge to others in order to ensure standards of quality are met consistently
