Full Time Position that requires schedule flexibility, weekend and holiday availability.  We are closed on Sunday. Benefits available when qualified:

 Learning each area of the restaurant by training and becoming proficient at Front Line, Back of House and Hospitality.  Determine an area of focus and grow the business in that are that relate to the goals and vision of the restaurantAbide and Implement all policies that are set in the Team Member Handbook and the Health DepartmentFollow all Food Safety and Health Department PolicesForward thinking-partner providing visionary leadership to ensure the overall effort of the directors to achieve the business goalsShows ownership in the restaurant having a growth mindsetPartnering with the Owner to protect the safety and security of the restaurant,  be passionate about implementing policies, providing necessary communication, and taking immediate steps to protect Chick-fil-A.Serve Safe Certification (desired)Valid Drivers License (desired)Must be at least 18 years of age for this positionQuick Service Restaurant experience desired but not required
