The Shift Manager directly supervises the operations of a specified shift and ensures that schedules of activity and established quality standards are maintained. This includes the coordination of the individual and collective efforts of assigned staff. Shift managers also maintain high quality standards in regards to food production and preparation, sanitation, safety and expediency of food items. Customer service is a major component of this position.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of Two (2) years as a counter server or equivalent position.
- Physical: Position requires walking and giving directions most of the working day. May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
