Chick-fil-A at Canton Crossing is seeking a Front of the House Assistant Manager to fulfill the following duties:

-Directing daily operations of a quick service restaurant.

-Perform facility opening and closing procedures.

-Monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.

-Responsible for all cleaning procedures during shifts.

-Ability to step in when and where needed and perform duties as assigned including assisting with front or back of the house responsibilities.

-Scheduling team members to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

-Work to create a safe, secure and healthy work environment for fellow employees.

-Ensures Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurants established speed of service guidelines.

-Ensures workstations are clean at all times.

-Ensures cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.

-Executes proper security and cash handling and control procedures and holds cashiers accountable to adhering to policies and procedures.

-Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect.

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future. Our Operators consider their team members to be more than just employees, they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant.
