Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead development and design of new applications, leveraging and enhancing existing building blocks or creating new reusable components and per customer requirements
- Provide hands on programming and technical guidance for the proposed solution, providing oversight to the developers, mentoring developers, and guiding timelines and resource allocation as needed
- Provide decisions on adjusting product architecture as customer requirements, market conditions and technology evolves
- Identify and articulate new technology, programming, design methodology, and best practices
- Develop and Maintain Technical Documentation
- Provide estimates on technology solutions delivery and integration effort
- Serve as key system integrator and technical lead role on implementing web application
- Manage and perform web application deployments
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and provide solution in timely fashion
- Maintain traceability between requirements, design and test case

Required: Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 8-10+​ years’ experience in web development using ASP.​NET3/​4 or higher , C#, HTML/​XHTML, JavaScript, CSS , JQuery.​ (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)

- In-depth experience with MVC and Entity Framework, C# and ASP .​NET 4.​0 or higher.​
- Must have strong MS SQL Server 2005/​2008 T-SQL programming, design and development experience
- Experience developing, designing, implementing, and supporting large scale information systems/​enterprise level web applications
- Experience in defining technical solutions and knowledge of application design and coding techniques, as well as a thorough understanding of installation, testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques
-Experience coordinating, assigning and/​or monitoring tasks for a small team of other developers

- Hands-on, Self-starter and quick learner
- Experience in TFS for software development desired
- Experience in Test Driven Development(TDD) desired

- Experience with Agile Scrum and leading Scrum teams/​ScrumMaster experience
