Job Summary:
Are you looking for paid sales training? Hoping to jump start a career in sales? A premier SPARKS client in the Sterling area is seeking a stellar candidate to begin their sales training program as a Business Development Representative! This position is the first step in a paid Sales training program in which top performers would move up after their first year. With base plus commission and an excellent benefits program, this direct hire opportunity won't last long!!

Responsibilities:
• Generate new sales opportunities via phone prospecting
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and outbound call quotas
• Set prospect appointments for Account Executives
• Accurately document details of identified opportunities for timely follow up on leads

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to build professional rapport by phone with prospects at Executive, or C level
• Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills
• Strong desire to learn about the latest IT products
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Strong interest in a sales career
• Energetic and positive personality with desire to learn and grow
• Minimum of 1 year work experience (retail, restaurant services, sales, customer service preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and energetic environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
