Job Summary:
Our client is an Office Furniture and Interior Modular Construction dealer specializing in commercial, healthcare, government, and higher education environments. They are seeking a candidate with experience in Marketing and Bid Proposals to manage their company's growth.

• Assist with execution of all Marketing tactics to support sales growth, including developing and maintaining annual marketing budget
• Read/respond to and develop FF&E bids and responses
• Maintain a spreadsheet of all bids, projects, and special pricing requests, including status of all special pricing requests and bid quotes
• Continually monitor corporate website and social media channels to maximize engagement and leverage performance data to optimize content
• Work with Business Development and Sales teams to plan and implement local events and industry sponsorships
• Enhance existing sales collateral, presentations and videos to better support sales efforts
• Support lead generation efforts by monitoring select industry and government s and maintaining CRM
• Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to develop detailed client proposals and government bid responses
• Respond to unscheduled and unplanned marketing needs with a positive, can-do attitude

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in bid proposals required
• Minimum of 3-5 years' marketing experience with some copywriting and editorial skills required
• Previous experience with execution of diversified social and digital marketing techniques
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign and Excel required
• Experience with preferred
• Basic HTML/CSS skills preferred
• Experience in SEO/SEM preferred
• Ability to generate meaningful reports from Google Analytics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
• High sense of urgency -- able to multi-task efficiently and calmly
• Self-motivated -- has an entrepreneurial nature, a problem solver
• Creative thinker -- willing to suggest new ideas and develop marketing strategies that create competitive advantages
