Part-Time Contract Healthcare Recruiter
JSSAs Human Resources team has an immediate opening for a part-time (15 hours per week) contract Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for the execution of effective and creative recruiting strategies and best practices to source, screen, and select high quality professionals across, and at all levels of the organization. S/he will manage the full life cycle recruiting process; serving in a consultative capacity to hiring managers and providing the highest level of recruitment services to hiring managers and candidates. S/he will develop a talent pipeline from which qualified candidates can be selected and provide management with guidance on market competition and related industry trends.
Qualified candidates will have a BS in HR or related field; 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience and demonstrated success in formulating and successfully implementing recruitment strategies that address the needs of the organization. S/he will possess demonstrated experience hiring difficult to fill/niche positions in the healthcare field and hiring full range of positions from entry level to C-Suite. Ideal candidates will be well versed with interviewing, behavioral assessment techniques and creative sourcing. S/he must have the ability to interact and foster relations with all levels of the organization & handle changing priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment and strong verbal/ written communications, customer-service and negotiation skills. Qualified candidates will be proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
