Job Summary:
Our client is on a mission to improve the Quality of Life for individuals and organizations and they are looking to add to their team! The SharePoint Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support and should be tech savvy.

Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical support duties for assigned supervisor, manager or staff member
• Answer and screen telephone calls and respond to routine inquiries
• Perform general office duties such as maintaining records management systems, and performing data entry and data consolidation
• Coordinate meetings and document meetings notes and communication
• Create formulas, links and consolidate data in Excel finance sheets
• Project coordination tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Experience in SharePoint required; Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• 1-3 years of administrative support experience
• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Possess a positive attitude, dependable, strong interpersonal skills and a high level of motivation
