An exciting opportunity is available at Clinton Christian School (CCS) for a skilled Admissions/Recruitment and Retention Associate.  The role is at the forefront of recruiting new students and families, as well as, assisting in retaining current students. 

 Key Responsibilities


·        Develop relationships with community organizations to recruit new families

·        Develop and nurture relationships to retain current families

·        Maintain accurate enrollment records and student data

·        Data entry of new family information

·        Manage and maintain scheduling for family tours, entrance examinations, and Principal interviews with potential families

·        Develop and implement an ongoing marketing plan for CCS


Desired Qualifications


·        High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is a plus

·        Outstanding customer service skills

·        Effective time management skills

·        Excellent communications skills

·        Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

·        Experience working with diverse populations

·        Prior admissions and recruiting experience is a plus

·        Must be a Christian
