FLSA Status: Salaried Exempt
Hours/Work Days: 40 hours/week (Monday through Friday)

PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES
The Commercial Account Managers primary role is to act as the primary conduit between the non-military customer and the internal Revision resources dedicated to meeting the customers needs, as relates to the requirements and execution of contracts and purchase orders. The account manager is the key point of contact, and provides customer support, upselling, technical assistance and general relationship management.
SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Once a customer requirement is confirmed the Account Manager will become part of the Contract capture team (Product Engineer, Director of Commercial Sales, and Commercial Director of Marketing) to ensure he / she are fully involved in determining contract deliverables
Receives and reviews potential contracts before they are contracted or special orders and creates checklist summary of deliverables for use by the entire contract/project management team
Fully understand the contractual obligations and have appropriate plans in place to meet deliverables
Fully understands all legal obligations and liability under each contract and works with internal legal team as necessary
Owns the customer contract relationship, and day to day management of the account, liaising with the customers key stakeholders throughout the life of the contract
Raises awareness and understanding of revenue generating opportunities that exist within the captured accounts
Manages related contract receivables, ensuring financial invoice integrity, timeliness and accuracy
Responsible for commercial updates and communications to Director of Commercial Sales and Director of Commercial Marketing
Ensures all pertinent data pertaining to the account as well as important customer correspondence is filed adequately.
Works with Operations and Product Engineering to identify and implement a plan to manufacture and deliver on contract/order requirements.
Conducts cross-functional project team meetings, capturing and reporting key project data, milestones and documentation
Work closely with Director of Commercial Sales, finance and product engineering to ensure margin expectations are met during the lifetime of the account. Represents the voice of the customer throughout all phases of the PLC process
Knowledge, Skill & Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of work experience, required.
5+ years of experience in customer facing roles.
- Position requires a person who is self-motivated and proactive.
Proven project management track record in managing complex cross functional teams
- Demonstrated extreme execution mindset in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Highly motivated problem solver and meticulous attention to detail.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member to accomplish objectives with effective organizational skills that support corporate goals.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Open-minded, willing to learn new things, and innovative in thinking and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with working in an ISO environment is a plus.
Prior military experience a plus.
