Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking individuals who are capable of quickly mastering leading edge automation and application virtualization technologies to deliver enterprise class solutions in a broad range of enterprise systems environments.
Desired candidates will be able to analyze/understand a client's technical development environment and testing requirements, make recommendations, translate the requirements to architect solutions to meet the client's needs leveraging the latest automation and virtualization technologies, and assist with the implementation and coordination of solution delivery.
Consultants may work individually or as part of a team at various locations for medium to large scale firms in industries such as Banking, Insurance, Communications and Health Care. Our consultants are fully enabled and supported by a highly accessible and agile community of solutions architects, solution engineers, developers, and other project support resources. 

Candidate Requirements
Summary of Qualifications 
•Possess a good understanding of Distributed Architecture with at least 3 years experience in SOA and Web Services.
•5+ years of proven distributed applications development experience in multiple environments using Object Oriented methodologies and a variety of open architecture standards such as SOAP, WSDL, JSPs, JDBC, SQL, JNDI, XML, HTML and J2EE.
•Understand best practices, design principles, and techniques with SOA applications and ESB software.
•2+ years of consulting/solution delivery, preferably playing a diverse set of roles (e.g. technical consulting, engineer, architect) in a team environment.
•At least 2 full years of experience developing applications with JAVA. Other programming languages a plus.
•Experience and/or knowledge in all stages of software quality assurance including black box testing, gray box, white box testing, performance, stress and load testing.
•Customer-focused mindset with proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals and expectations. Must be proficient in maintaining excellent relationship with the customer/client executives. Strong verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills are required.
•Candidates must be a US citizen or permanent resident, and be willing to travel.
