Software company seeks Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategy and execute it through leadership of a team of direct reports

  • Reports to CEO
  • Direct reports: 3-5
  • Travel: 20% (U.S. and Canada)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and implement marketing strategies to drive new client acquisition and accelerate growth
  • Develop a marketing communication plan and deploy marketing initiatives to develop sales leads via direct mail, email marketing, e-newsletters, webinars, social media, website, event sponsorship, and conference
  • Manage marketing database and email marketing
  • Prepare and maintain marketing budget
  • Generate new marketing initiatives
  • Build relationships with potential and existing customers and partners
  • Conduct market research to ensure MITC products and services are closely aligned with all target markets
  • Maximize impact of direct reports through continuous feedback and regular performance reviews

Required Qualifications

·        2-5 years business-to-business marketing experience

·        High technology environment, preferably software
