Gallagher Fiduciary Advisors (GFA) is the independent investment consulting arm of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE: AJG). The firm and its predecessors have provided investment consulting services since 1976 as a registered investment adviser serving as a fiduciary under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. The firm has a national institutional client base including healthcare, corporate, non-for-profit, Taft-Hartley, endowment & foundation organizations. Position Summary:
The Operations Manager Branch manages the day-to-day operation of one or two functions (generally administration and customer service) of a segment of the organization's branch operations in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff.
  • Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
  • Manages single level organization.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years related experience required.

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
