Sparks is hiring for Full Time Business Day Survey Center Telephone Interviewers. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound survey/customer service calls. Following a script, employees will be conducting surveys to follow up on patient's experience after they have visited a healthcare facility. • Conduct telephone surveys using computer-assisted telephone interviewing system
• Collect complete and accurate information from the interviewees
• Ability to read and follow a standardized scripts and procedures
• Collect, manage and maintain confidentiality of the information gathered
• Have solid knowledge retention skills and listening abilities
• Have outstanding customer service skills and abilities and a can do attitude
• Candidates must have good grammar skills and have the ability to read aloud from a script with enthusiasm
• Hours are weekday (5 days per week) Monday Through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
