HELP DESK TECHNICIAN 50 - 55K FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OFFICE IN DC METRO ACCESSIBLE/ SOME OVERTIME REQUIRED EARN OR RENEW YOUR CLEARANCE Three years' technical support experience and Associate's Degree or equivalent technical certification required to join this stable, growing government agency. Your combination of technical and customer service skills will support their mission to streamline organizations by making their infrastructure and personnel more efficient and economical. Duties will include Tier One and Two solutions for software, hardware and end user issues on site at their DC location as well as phone support. Strong knowledge of MS Office 2007 and 2010 (Windows 7) plus some experience with Mac OS. Experience with email programs, relational databases, Active Directory, anti-virus software and peripherals will provide a strong foundation for this challenging position.
