Apply your clinical experience to the medical information services field, specializing in patient education and support!  Our Healthcare Professionals assist consumers with concerns/questions regarding OTC pharmaceutical products as well as consumer/household products.  As a core member of our client’s medical information program, you will serve as the primary source of support to consumers regarding adverse reactions to the client's products.

Candidates will have an active United States (US) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing as well as:

  • Clinical experience in any of the following:
    • Internal Medicine
    • Long-term Care
    • Med-Surg
    • Pediatrics
    • Urgent Care
  • Professional-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency essential, position requires the proven ability to complete database research
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task

The ideal candidate will also have contact center experience, but this is not essential.  It is just that call or case documentation, database program and/or data entry experience would be helpful.

These are FULL-TIME positions only (40 hours/week).  We do NOT currently have part-time schedules available.

Comprehensive program and product training is provided.  The program is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-8:30 pm with 8-hour shifts scheduled across the program hours. The first FOUR weeks of training will be scheduled as Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM.  Training will then continue during your regularly scheduled shift(s).  All of our positions are ONSITE ONLY at our Chantilly, Virginia location.

Applicants outside of the immediate Northern Virginia area who do not include relocation plans in their cover email letters will NOT be considered.

Please note that our Chantilly, Virginia location is NOT public transportation accessible.  WRB is always open, and employees are expected to be on time, regardless of circumstance (including weather and traffic).  Independent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure compliance with our attendance policy.
