We are currently seeking a candidate to lead, implement and maintain our processes for a large team of service advisors and technician to provide the best service for our customers.
Job Responsibilities: Hiring and managing all service department employees, as well as monitoring their performance
Creating goals and new objectives, including managing the budget and a marketing plan promoting new and repeat business
Keeping up-to-date on manufacturer warranty and policy procedures and acting as liaison with factory representative
Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index(CSI) rating from customers by handling customer complaints immediately and within dealership policies
Job Requirements: CSI driven, with Reynolds & Reynolds experience
10+ years of progressive dealership experience
Professional attitude and appearance
Superior customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven, demonstrable track record in customer service and in leadership skills
Previous experience maintaining department profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Understand and comply with the federal, state, and local regulations including but not limited to OSHA regulations and hazardous waste disposal, and ethical practices
Valid driver's license with and acceptable driving record
