Bank of Georgetown has immediate openings for Tellers in DC, VA, and MD.
Tellers are our customer's first interaction with our bank and as such we are looking for friendly service-oriented individuals to greet and support customers in the branches.
We are looking for friendly individuals who can assist customers with their financial transactions including, but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, scanning checks, self-balancing, and branch audits, branch maintenance, and opening accounts. A successful Teller will provide consistent and quality service to our customers while handling transactions in a prompt and efficient manner. We expect that our Tellers will be able to most questions regarding Bank of Georgetown products and services.

· High school graduate or equivalent minimum.
· Must have at least 2 years of cash handling experience
· Must have at least 2 years of previous banking experience as a teller or customer service representative.
· This position requires sitting for long periods of time
· Prolonged use of your hands to count currency
· Ability to lift between 10 and 15 pounds
