- Develops, interprets, plans and applies policies, processes, procedures and strategies in the delivery of multi-discipline IT services required to achieve data and integration/interoperability for assigned systems and applications.
- Performing and overseeing daily operations for the Tier I, II and III desktop support team, providing customer support for Information Technology (IT) systems, and assigned users.
- Assumes primary role in developing and implementing innovative techniques and solutions for achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conducts trend analyses to identify areas where additional customer training and assistance is needed and initiates appropriate action.
- Performs a variety of duties pertinent to obtaining and using contractor services in planning and providing customer IT support.

- This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
- Must obtain/maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- In accordance with DoD 8570.1-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program (12/19/2005), the selectee must meet Information Assurance Certification standards for IAM Level I and IAT Level II Certification.
