Duties
Provide logistics guidance and support to the Intelligence Community, ensuring that aspects of logistics requirements are met by integrated logistics solutions to meet IC element objectives and contributing to and overseeing logistics plans for specific projects or events.
Provide strategic oversight of the IC's Logistics Management and Total Asset Management (TAM) programs.
Develop the IC's Logistics and TAM strategic plans and provide expert guidance on the coordination, integration, and synchronization of the IC's global logistics and TAM capabilities.
Develop programs and initiatives to improve the IC Logistics community.
Develop and execute goals and taskings which arise from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Government Accountability Office (GAO) and ODNI.
Review and interpret TAM and Logistics Management requirements from U.S. laws, federal policies and other directives and provide the IC with applicable implementation guidance.
Represent the IC and DNI at Federal and applicable State and private sector forums.
Develop, document, and implement detailed logistics plans for ODNI components by translating customer objectives and applying logistics principles in order to successfully meet customer requirements.

Coordinate and apply logistics support requirements, actively participating in the definition and execution of key logistics support services for IC components.
Facilitate and maintain productive working relationships with ODNI staff, other IC organizations, and private service providers in order to provide logistics support to the IC.
Establish and facilitate applicable committees, subcommittees, working groups and tiger teams to improve collaboration, integration, coordination, and information sharing within IC logistics and TAM programs.
Direct the development of analysis and complex studies in collaboration with IC mission partners.
Collaborate and effectively communicate IC TAM requirements; serve as advisory member on IC inter-agency Logistics and Supply Chain working groups, task forces, or ad hoc committees.

Applicants may be considered for this position as a reimbursable detailee, if endorsed by the employing agency. Applicants must have current TS/SCI clearances with polygraph or have the ability to obtain one. The ODNI does not conduct polygraphs or provide security clearances for detailees.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of logistics processes, policies, regulations, and unique authorities and of accountable property programs.
Extensive knowledge of property management or other logistics-related disciplines such as supply chain management, inventory management, warehousing procedures, office relocations, shipping and receiving, transportation, facilities support, and contracts.
Extensive knowledge of project management with proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate requirements and priorities.
Extensive knowledge of logistic processes, policies, and regulations, as well as extensive experience developing operational policies and standard operating procedures.
Extensive organizational, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish regular contact with high-level internal and external resources and have periodic contacts with other offices, supplying or seeking information on specialized and non-specialized matters; use of tact when expressing ideas or opinions to senior leaders, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, complex information in a clear, concise manner that is targeted to and meets the needs of diverse audiences.
Five years minimum work directly related to property management or other logistics-related disciplines such as supply chain management, inventory management, warehousing procedures, office relocations, shipping and receiving, transportation, and contracts.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Education can be substituted for required general and specialized experience.
