As a Cancer Service Line Program Administrator you will:
•Be the critical link between Adventist HealthCare, Partners in Care and various operational functions. The role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, including Building Operations Management, Event Planning, and Vice President level support.
•Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Aquilino Cancer Center/ WOCC
•Collaborate with facilities management, environmental services, security, safety and emergency management teams to create a safe, functional, and patient-centric environment.
•Proactively identify and address facility-related challenges to minimize disruptions and mitigate any potential safety risks. Collaborate and work closely with tenants and partner in care leadership team to ensure service recovery and problem solving.
•Provide comprehensive support to the VP of Cancer Service Line and Director of Cancer Services in managing schedules, prioritizing related tasks, coordinating external and internal meeting requests with all level of executives.
•Conduct research and data management for Cancer Services for decision-making and initiatives.
•Foster effective communication and collaboration among departmental leaders.
•Act as a liaison and resource point of contact between the Cancer Service Line and other departments, promoting synergy and cooperation. Not limited to Foundation, Marketing, IT, External partners in care (Sunstone, Maryland Oncology Hematology)
•Coordinate and plan ACC Quarterly Staff Meeting for team building activities
•Provide Wellness Program support; coordinating and assisting wellness events as needed
•Lead event planning, coordination, and execution of various events and meetings for the Cancer Service Line.
•Ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, stage, decoration, and materials preparation.
•Monitor and track event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective planning and resource utilization.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred). In lieu of a degree, 10 or more years of relevant experience in health care administrative and management experience may suffice
•Minimum of 3 years in healthcare environment required
•Minimum 3 years with strong background in healthcare operations, with exposure to oncology-related settings, and management
•Strong background in healthcare operations, with exposure to oncology-related settings
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills, adept at managing complex projects and competing priorities.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite, UKG Kronos, WorkDay, Adobe PDF Editor, Canva
•Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
•Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to address challenges proactively.
•Requires the ability to have flexible scheduling with occasional evening and weekend events
