- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all Contractor work performed under this contract
- Be the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer Specialist (CS) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Provide a monthly status report to the CO and COR
- Make use of the resources and tools available to continue contracted functions to the maximum extent possible under emergency circumstances.
- Responsible for the planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting, and quality control aspects of all services performed herein (technical, contractual, administrative, and financial).
- Comply with the concept of operations framework.
- Maintain continuity of services and support operations.
- Generate all management deliverables including project plans, cost estimates, work assignments and reporting.
- Assess operational planning and guidance memorandums and ensure the continuity of services, quality standards, and deadlines are being met.
- Conduct meetings with COR, PM, and Task Managers as required for reporting, planning and technical oversight of tasks.
- Coordinate with NCEI for the provision of government furnished spaces and equipment, and HSPD-12 compliance.
- Comply with regulations and policies associated with contractor badging, annual training, organizational health and emergency management protocols.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- 6 - 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- BS/BA
- Certified Project Management Professional
