Work that matters.  The Maryland Department of Housing & Community Development (DHCD) is a national leader in community development and affordable housing.  The Division of Neighborhood Revitalization seeks a customer oriented, self-motivated, team player, experienced with community development, community planning, financial management and grant and loan administration.

Position Duties:

This Project Manager position supports state revitalization programs that provide funding to local governments for neighborhood revitalization.  The position manages a portfolio of state funded community development projects awarded to local governments and nonprofit organizations.  The position also reviews data and conducts research related to community development and uses data visualization tools to develop reports and dashboards.  The incumbent establishes and coordinates partnership relationships and provides technical assistance to stakeholders, community leaders, government officials and interagency partners seeking to revitalize communities.
