Systems Engineer

Job Title: Systems Engineer Employer: Computer Packages Inc. Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Azure Administrator with SQL Server and IIS administration experience, and programming background to join our team in Rockville, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Azure infrastructure, as well as our SQL Server databases and IIS web servers. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining existing systems and Azure-based solutions to meet our business needs. Responsibilities: · Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and security · Administer SQL Server databases, including performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security · Administer IIS web servers, including configuration, security, and troubleshooting · Develop and implement Azure-based solutions to meet business needs · Work with other members of the Hosted team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Qualifications: · 3+ years of experience in Azure administration · 3+ years of experience in SQL Server administration · 3+ years of experience in IIS administration · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems a plus · Programming experience in Python, C#, Visual Basic or Java a plus · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills · Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: · Competitive salary and benefits package, including visa sponsorship and relocation assistance · Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Azure technologies · Collaborative and supportive work environment · Opportunity for growth within our company Please send resume to cpijobs@computerpackages.com
