Duties

Lead the Analytic Integrity and Standards Division's engagement and outreach to analytic tradecraft and evaluation programs and other counterparts across the IC. Cultivate an IC-wide network to understand and advance methods, tools, and training to enhance analysis, tradecraft, and evaluation practices.

Administer surveys and evaluate performance data to assess and report the health of IC elements' tradecraft and evaluation programs.

Provide briefings to senior-ranked internal and external customers on the analytic content of complex intelligence products and the development o fanalytic tools and methodologies.

Engage with IC analytic training programs to integrate tradecraft lessons learned and enhance elements' access to training.

Evaluate the application of IC Analytic Standards in analytic products, produce evaluation reports and studies, and discuss analytic tradecraft performance with consumers.

Apply deep expertise in analytic tradecraft to advance the development of tradecraft guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Lead calibration exercises with IC element evaluation programs to assess similarities and differences between AIS's and programs' evaluations; share best practices in evaluation.

Lead and oversee the development and application of new or established analytical methods and tools within the component's area of focus, the Office ofthe Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), and across the Intelligence Community (IC) that add value, rigor, and precision to the organization's analysis andcollection programs and activities.

Identify exemplary analytic products for their application of the ICD 203 Analytic Standards and tone of equity in analysis. Post exemplars to the AISwebsite and Library of National Intelligence.

Must be a current permanent ODNI employee.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

Expert knowledge of ICD 203 Analytic Standards, analytic tradecraft and evaluation methods and tools, ability to plan and conduct complex analyses, and ability to manage and assess complex datasets.

Superior ability to present sensitive, controversial, statistical and other information in briefings or written products and communicate effectively with senior executives and other customers.

Superior situational judgment and superior interpersonal, negotiating, and networking skills to work collaboratively and build strong team relationships across occupations and organizational boundaries with customers, service providers, and staff.

Desired Requirements:

Ten years of relevant IC work experience or five years of outside relevant experience and five years of IC experience in analysis or related discipline is preferred.

Prior analytic evaluation experience, such as the preparation of analytic line reviews, post mortems, or product evaluations.

Contracting Officer Technical Representative level 1 Certification.

Education

Bachelors Degree.
