Software Developer (Ashburn, VA) qualified w/ Master's or foreign equiv. in CS or Engg or IT & 6 mths of rltd work exp as S/ware Prof'l to Gather & analyze bus. reqmts, create functional & techn'l specs, estimate project timelines & dsgn project plan. Resp for dsgn'g, dvlp'g, testing, deploying, & troubleshooting DataStage sequencers that implmt complex ETL processes. Create ETL/BI functional & techn'l specs, estimate project timelines & Project plan. Conduct dsgn, dvlpmt, implmtn, enhancements & code changes of data warehouses & data marts using UNIX shell scripts. Dvlp complex ETL mappings & workflows, Oracle stored procedures, & UNIX shell prgmg in an optimized manner. Dsgn & Automate ETL applics, scripts, reports & other automated procedures, & conduct ETL dsgn reviews. Assist w/ analyzing commonality in EDW/GDW info models & identify needs for Extract, Transform & Load (ETL). Travel may be req'd to unanticipated work site locs. w/in US.
