Awarded in August 2021 to the Parsons Team, the TEAMS next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract has a three-year base period plus four one-year options that should take the period of performance through the end of 2028 into 2029.
The primary purpose of this contract is to provide outstanding systems engineering services vital for MDA mission success at multiple locations around the world. Venturi, LLC, a Chenega company, has an exciting career opportunity for a Wargame Requirements Lead to perform important work for Missile Defense Agency on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering (MDSE) contract. This individual will provide technical support to the MDA Chief Architect's Warfighter/International Integration office (MDA/CAI) in its mission as the single point of contact for wargame requirements development and campaign planning and analysis to the Warfighter for all engineering and technical issues related to the missile defense system.

Responsibilities
Work you'll do
As a Wargame Requirements Lead within our TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering team, you will:
- Provide wargame subject matter expertise to MDA/CAI in their role leading the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting
- Assist CAI by providing practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA's wargame walk-up events, workshops, and capstone events
- Provide expertise to CAI in wargame doctrine and best practices employed by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMD), Services and Defense Agencies
- Facilitate external wargame engagement to include creation of capability development modules
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Master's degree in STEM field
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS
- 12+ years of experience supporting missile defense programs or other related defense programs
- Experience with Modeling and Simulation tools and their application to wargaming
- Ability to facilitate large wargame group discussions on behalf of MDA/CAI, and/or perform adjudication tasks, if needed
- US citizenship with active Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience in missile defense-related or other DoD large project systems engineering with specific experience in wargame development and execution, systems analysis, future capabilities (science and technology) and engineering for defense-related programs
- Able to plan and execute required wargame support, develop clear and concise written products, and present wargame and missile defense technical matters to MDA senior leaders and warfighters in support of MDA/CAI
- Able to plan and conduct highly effective working group meetings with over 50+ attendees in support of MDA/CAI wargame campaigns
