Manager, Product Management, Marketing Data Platforms

We build the technology and processesthat enable real time marketing across the funnel. This group's purpose is to design and transform the digital marketing data ecosystem to provide consumers access to simple, governed, and self-service solutions to fuel actionable insights. Our value proposition is determining digital channel attribution for each application and facilitating marketing operations.

As part of Marketing Data Platforms, you'll do the following:

• Design and deliver data capabilities to capture, analyze, and generate insights about our marketing performance
• Build and modernize products to enable more intelligent targeting, bidding, and optimization
• Partner closely with our internal and external marketing customers to understand their strategic priorities and needs from Marketing Platform, build, prioritize, and socialize corresponding product roadmap
• Develop an end of end understanding of our marketing data ecosystem to anticipate how changes in one part of system interplay with the rest
• Identify the full set of resources needed for delivery of groomed initiatives and drive prioritization and trade-off conversations as necessary

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  
• At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  
• MBA or Master's degree
  
• 2+ years of experience in querying data for analytical purposes
  
• 2+ years of experience in using Snowflake or Databricks

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

New York City:
$160,200 - $182,800 for Manager, Product Mgt.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
