Valuation Associate

Valuation Associate Durable Capital Partners LP Bethesda, Maryland Job Description: Create and update complex financial models utilizing various forms of income, market, and cost approaches to perform enterprise and equity valuations of companies across a wide-range of industries; prepare month end reporting packages, analyze and aggregate valuation results to present at firm's quarterly valuation committee; liaise with 3rd party valuation firms, and coordinate process for external valuation review; prepare month end pricing for Fund Administrator; assist investor relations with reporting on the private portfolio holding. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or other related field and three (3) years of complex financial instruments valuation experience at an accounting or valuation firm or at a private-equity firm. Experience must include modeling equity derivatives, contingent consideration, and convertible debt utilizing a range of option pricing models, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex financial instruments, including options and warrants.
