Job Summary

Aptive is seeking a Program Manager with demonstrated experience with commercial consulting experience leading large-scale programs through strategic input, project management and operational planning. This position will lead the Veteran's Health Administration (VHA) Health Care Identity Management Program (HC IdM).

In this role, you will lead client relationship building and deliver the key aspects of federal program management. You will creatively approach situations within the larger context of healthcare and other industries, think critically about our approach and our work, and suggest new ways to approach our solutions and demonstrate effectiveness. Your ability to gain insight into operational challenges by utilizing data, create frameworks for data analyses, understand the content and context of models and provide input into the translation of results into recommendations, positions. or direction, is highly sought after for this position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical tasks designed to collect and analyze information.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of project tasks while responding to client requests.
  • Work independently and as a team member to support activities related to contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members and the client to understand data requirements and implement solutions.
  • Develop briefings, presentations, trainings and reports
  • Manage the work effort of other team members
  • Execute data cleansing tasks to resolve data anomalies and exceptions.
  • Track and report daily/monthly workload metrics and statistics related to data migration workload.
  • Document processes and findings related to the research and resolution of data discrepancies and anomalies.
  • Adhere to client standard policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters degree and six (6) years' experience supporting large corporations or government agencies
  • Prior experience with data quality analysis, data cleansing, data reporting etc
  • Prior healthcare experience
  • PMP or similar certification (or have the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
  • Competent with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Desired Qualifications

  • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) degree.
