Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Program Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Program Coordinator you will:
• Develop Relationships with Physician Practices and ensure seamless collaboration and partnership
• Provide high quality management and coordination of projects through a high level of organization, accuracy, and communication/interpersonal skills
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda and meeting minutes
• Communicate effectively program related initiatives/activities, create and disseminate newsletters
• Coordinate Patient Family Advisory Council meetings across the physician practices and facilitate to incorporate patient feedback into quality improvement initiatives.
• Support physician practices with access to CMS portal access, CMMI, CRISP, and SFTP site to access and address Gaps in Care
• Ensure Participation Agreements are executed by both parties (AHC and Practice)
• Organize value-based programs and related initiatives
• Support and Management of CME Credits of Educational Programs
• Supports Boards, and their Sub-Committees
• Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports for clients or project stakeholders

Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma Required
• Associates degree Preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, integrate data.
• Proven pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team to resolve issues.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverable simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional.
• Licensed driver and able to operate a motor vehicle as well as maintain automobile insurance

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm

COVID-19 Vaccination

("Nicotine products" include, but are not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, hookah, and nicotine replacement products (e.g., nicotine gum, nicotine patches, nicotine lozenges, etc.).
