Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team supporting multiple projects/programs across Business Unit 11 (BU11) in a remote/telework capacity. BU11 orchestrates multiple projects/programs supporting customers mainly in the wireless technology space such as the Department of State and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop financial controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate EACs to meet contractual/project requirements for multiple contract types, i.e., FFP, CPFF, T&M, or hybrids.
- Initiate funding alerts to contracts/subcontracts department as needed.
- Review and approve monthly invoices and validate revenue.
- Assist billing to resolve any customer invoice issues.
- Support pricing of labor, travel, and materials as needed on multiple contract types, i.e. FFP, CPFF, T&M, or hybrids
- Support subcontractor pricing data calls including rate analysis.
- Assist with procurement and subcontracting processes to ensure compliance with corporate procurement practices and policies.
- Review subcontractor/vendor invoices for accuracy
- Prepare Quarterly Contract Status Report (CSR) information, contract deliverables documentation and training documentation as needed.
- Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are achieved.
- Produce Cost reports and CDRLs to distribute to customers & internal management.
- Ensure program financial deliverables are submitted in a timely manner and are of high quality.
- Work with Accounting to set up and maintain project structure in the accounting system to ensure consistency with the contracts and support of the Program Management's contract performance reporting requirements.
- Other related duties as required or assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years' experience in financial management activities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with excel to include creating and modifying pivot tables.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and through briefings.
- Must be cooperative, courteous, and tactful in dealing with all personnel.
- Ability to focus under pressure in a chaotic and busy environment.
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and business objectives.
