Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Expand existing capabilities by augmenting its automated data collection development team with additional skilled development support that are capable of co-locating with end-users to rapidly develop and operate proven and new techniques for data collection and transformation while operating within and contributing to corporate technical guidelines.
  • Interface directly with Sponsor management for requirements for data collection and digital identities for mission support.
  • Provide coordination across Sponsor's organization and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing, and governance activities.
  • Establish strategic objectives based on the Sponsor's vision for the data collection platforms.
  • Analyze new technologies, hardware, and software to determine the applicability and need in the existing or proposed system, to include security, storage, and network technology.
  • Work with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the Sponsor.
  • Assist in planning and managing multiple projects involving the infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
  • Programmatically manage solutions for virtual operations.
  • Collect and manage requirements for planning and produce outcomes from virtual operational requirements.
  • Perform end-to-end quality assurance of data; provide operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software for collection and exploitation; and collect and exploit profile, content, or metadata information for mission support.
  • Evaluate data accessible in the public domain, including foreign social media websites and applications both from mobile and stationary platforms.
  • Provide field technical and operational support for data analysis, and may require some Temporary Duty travel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Requires an active Top Secret/SCI + Poly clearance.
  • Experience with the ability to listen and transcribe from mission need to technical requirements.
  • Experience triaging and troubleshooting data issues.
  • On-the-job experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience transferring and handling sensitive data.
  • Experience working with other technical teams across multiple organizational boundaries, and ability to work independently or as a team player.
  • Experience tracking action items for successful completion.
  • Experience working with users to define requirements for analysts or operational customers
