Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Manages the daily planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted IDIQ program consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
  • Under indirect supervision, oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
  • Oversees operational and administrative management of program to ensure timely and quality completion of all program submissions
  • Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; seeks and develops outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical /professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
  • Frequently/Daily briefs to team and leadership on status and progress of program
  • Build teams in pursuit of directed programs to include coordinating supporting document such as NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and capability briefs.
  • Build, maintain and grow positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal support functions
  • Support the research, pursuit, and capture efforts on ITES RFIs and RFPs
  • Demonstrates strong technical writing and oral presentation communication skills.
  • Assist with writing proposals and win themes, crafting support solutions in response to capture efforts.
  • Assist with development of teams involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of directed contract support activities.
  • Serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on program and opportunity matters and provides day-to-day guidance/leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.

  • Bachelors Degree in Education, Engineering, Information Management, or Information Technology
  • 4 years' experience in DD-1391 Processor and related applications
  • 2 years formal classroom instruction with preference for those with a background instructing interactive computer systems.
  • 5 years of leadership experience in DoD and/or private sector in IT and/or consulting fields;
  • Experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to write focused proposals, white papers, and briefings.
  • U.S. Citizen and willing to go through the DoD Clearance process

  • Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. Minimum of 2 days a week on site.
