Responsibilities/Duties:

Contractor responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Act as the primary point of contact for specific group of partners.
• Provide service to a defined set of partners, to include:
  • Building knowledge of OPS , FBI, and private sector processes
  • Appropriately direct partner questions or concerns to proper POC
  • Identify and anticipate potential connections or impacts to assigned partner group and working with OPS management to message and/or alleviate issues that arise
• Act as the voice with other stakeholders for the partner group.
• Partner with OPS units to draft materials, products, etc.
• Gather partner feedback and input using electronic/telephonic surveys.
• Analyze and craft recommendations around new processes/policies/tools based on feedback.
• Develop and implement business processes to include but not be limited to membership, vetting, field partner identification, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals.
• Deliverables would include total stakeholder identification associated costs, a mapping of connections both internal and external, an implementation plan.
• Take data from organizations such as the National Science Foundation, convert it into excel, incorporate formulas into charts and then upload into PowerBI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Six (6) years of relevant experience
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience providing expertise and customer service to offsite stakeholders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on communicating detailed analysis and recommendation to customers.
• Experience working in collaborative sessions.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with PowerBI
• Experience with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong leadership, facilitator, and team building experience.

Travel: Limited CONUS travel is possible
