Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting budgetary policies and practices; 2) Formulating of budgets and estimates to support plans, programs or activities; 3) Utilizing knowledge of financial policies, procedures and regulations in analyzing budgetary and accounting records and reports.

- You will analyze accounting functions to identify regulatory and accounting changes, resource control functions, or operating level problems.
- You will analyze and recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of programs and administrative operations.
- You will develop solutions for resolving conflict between program and financial objectives.
- You will plan work, set priorities and schedule work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priority work without adverse effect on regular and recurring work.
- You will provide development, determination, and interpretation of budgetary policies and practices.
