Overview
We are seeking a Task Order Program Manager to join our team supporting DLA Endpoint Security Support project for DLA at the Defence Supply Center Columbus (DSCC).
As a Task Order Project Manager supporting DLA, you will be responsible for enterprise-wide oversight and coordination of endpoint security. You will provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership for the project. This position will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. The role will also be responsible for scope, cost, schedule, and performance of the project.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strong written and verbal communication, solid presentation skills and technical writing skills are a must.
- Demonstrate knowledge of security & risk frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and experience with implementation of security technologies and architecture, including network security, firewall configuration, intrusion detection, data loss prevention and application security.
- Utilize experience conducting and mitigating security/risk assessments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Use excellent time management skills and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Show an ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision (i.e. self-motivated and willing to stretch to meet important deadlines).
- Primary point of contact and point of escalation for assigned project.
- Requires ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure status, risks, and issues are kept up to date for project while proactively keeping assigned government lead informed.
- Oversees all work and takes corrective action as necessary to ensure success of assigned tasks.
- Supervises assigned project staff.
- Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
- Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Responsible for providing support to the customer for issues relating to the McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS) suite of products including Host Intrusion Prevention (HIPS), Endpoint Security (ENS), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Policy Auditor (PA), Rogue System Detection (RSD), and others.
- Responsible for performing security and risk assessments of new technologies, objectively providing guidance and recommendations from an Information Security best practice/regulatory standpoint.
- Responsible for implementing DoD regulations including TASKORDs, STIGs, etc.
- Perform audit reviews of guidelines mandated from DISA and USCYBERCOM.
- Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of global information security initiatives (e.g., intrusion prevention systems, antimalware systems, etc.).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated leadership experience in projects of similar size and complexity
- 7 years general IT experience
- 7 years relevant IA experience
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance and be eligible for IT-1 upon assignment
- DOD 8570 Baseline requirements IAT Level III (one of the following)
- CASP
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP
- GCED
- GCIH
- CSSP Infrastructure Support (AND one of the following)
- CEH
- CySA+
- GISCP
