Responsibilities & Qualifications
As the Project Director, you will serve as the lead for a large, complex task order and assists the TEIS IV Vice President (VP)/Program Manager in working with the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Project Lead, and other Government representatives. Under the guidance of the VP, you will be responsible for the overall management of the specific task order and for ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Manage the cost, schedule, and technical performance of complex tasks and dynamic priorities across multiple project sites
- Ensure timely completion and quality control of all tasks and project deliverables.
- Review dates to ensure that projects remain on target.
- Review contracts for supplies and services necessary for delivery of equipment, software, operation, installation, and completion of the project.
- Coordinate any project changes, problems, issues with stakeholder that would affect the project schedule or any of the deliverables.
- Provide Analysis Reports documenting solutions recommendations.
- Review process and procedures for Continuous Process Improvement and providing updated documentation as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- BA/BS with 15 years' experience, or HS with 20 years' experience in project management, systems development, systems engineering, financial management, and personnel relations.
- 10 years' experience in leading multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and managing fluid schedules
- 5 years' experience with network design, procurement, and implementationprojects
- PMI PMP Certification preferred.
- Provide strong written and verbal communication, solid presentation skills and technical writing skills are a must.
