Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Responsible for the overall management of the task order and successful execution of project tasks.
  • Ensure that technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the contract staff, customer leadership, and company management.
  • Prepare and deliver a kickoff briefing, monthly status reports, project plans, schedules, In Process Reviews, and administrative reports to the customer.
  • Responsible for personnel management across the contract to include resource allocation, mentorship and training, developing staffing plans, ensuring that appropriately qualified personnel are staffed, managing hours expended against the program, and providing performance reviews.
  • Assign tasks to project team members and monitor the execution of activities.
  • Manage changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work.
  • Coordinate priorities and resources between multiple projects as they are assigned by the customer.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the contract team and the customer.
  • Facilitate sessions to effectively resolve issues, capture lessons learned, and apply lessons learned to SOPs and future planning.
  • Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within given time and budget.
  • Develop and present meeting materials such as PowerPoint presentations, schedules, diagrams to customers.
  • Brief company leadership on the status of the contract, issues encountered, financial performance, and planned activities.

  • Experience:
    • 10+ experience in supporting DOD IT Programs in the areas of program management (PM), and/or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform, and/or SAP Application and Security support, systems engineering (SE) related functional/technical quality, Access Control (AC), Application Security (AS) and configuration management (CM) assessments and audits of DOD IT program lifecycle requirements, documents, and data and their compliance with DOD acquisition policies and regulations.
    • Five (5) years relevant experience.
    • Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Education: BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
  • Certifications:
    • Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
    • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III
      • CISM
      • CISSP (or Associate)
      • GSLC
      • CCISO
    • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority.
  • Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
