Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop a platform that is robust, scalable, and modeled on defense-in-depth and inherent security to translate policy, mission, and technical requirements to the enterprise.
• Map user and application requirements in order to provide system and integration guidance to a team of certified system engineers.
• Extensive knowledge of modern system/software development techniques and technology to design services that leverage leading technologies and architecture to produce services that meet customers' demands.
• Provide technical planning and management to ensure the integrity of the technical plans and tasks associated with platform (hardware, software and network), performance, dependability, security, disaster recovery, performance, testing and overall operational availability and readiness of the infrastructure.
• Conduct hardware sizing, performance, upgradeability reviews and benchmarking to provide overall recommendations to the Government of the Greenfield technical architecture baseline and any expansion directed by the Government.
• Provide Enterprise Business System support, disaster recovery, reporting and performance testing with agility and flexibility to implement new technology insertions as required.
• Provide technical writing to ensure all reports and deliverables are delivered with timeliness and quality to the government.
• Implement and manage processes for optimal maintenance of solution application across the production, COOP, and T&D environments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience:
• 10+ experience in supporting DOD IT Programs in the areas of program management (PM), and/or Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform, and/or SAP Application and Security support, systems engineering (SE) related functional/technical quality, Access Control (AC), Application Security (AS) and configuration management (CM) assessments and audits of DOD IT program lifecycle requirements, documents, and data and their compliance with DOD acquisition policies and regulations.
• 10 years related technical specialized experience in the design, development, and implementation of complex, large-scale, enterprise information systems including maintenance, modification, and resolution of errors; specialized experience in cloud platform deployment models, IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of data integration technologies and have experience with business intelligence/analytics implementations .
• Experience with OKTA, Splunk, Saviynt, and AMPs.
• Proficient in evaluating current or emerging technologies to consider factors such as Security, Reliability, Performance, Cost Optimization, and Operations; evaluating existing systems to determine effectiveness and recommend changes to meet organizational requirements; establishing functional or technical standards to ensure operational requirements, quality assurances, and design constraints are addressed.
• Experience and knowledge of data modeling best practices and practical knowledge of Agile Software development methodology
• Experience working with a JDA Planning solution integrated with an SAP Supply Chain and Financials system within the Federal Government.
