Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and maintain the configuration management system for the ICAM portfolio.
• Develop and maintain configuration management plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Track and report on configuration changes.
• Remediate configuration errors.
• Work with other members of the ICAM team to ensure that the ICAM portfolio is compliant with DoD security standards.
• Provide the CI identification and documentation.
• Support the development submission and archival of deliverables.
• Provide technical support to users of the configuration management system.
• Stay up to date on the latest configuration management best practices.
• Develop and maintain a configuration identification system that tracks all hardware, software, and documentation for the ICAM portfolio.
• Develop and maintain a configuration change control system that ensures that all changes to the ICAM portfolio are tracked and approved.
• Develop and maintain a configuration audit system that periodically reviews the ICAM portfolio to ensure that it is compliant with configuration management best practices.
• Create and update a CM plan and documentation plan.
• Review change proposals.
• Provide training to ICAM users on configuration management procedures and best practices.
• Work with other members of the ICAM team to identify and mitigate configuration risks.
• Stay up to date on the latest configuration management tools and technologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8 years relevant experience
• Must possess Secret clearance
