Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Provide management oversight for the requirement to ensure performance and schedule requirements are met or exceeded throughout the performance
  • Communicate and coordinate among the Contracting Officer (KO)/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), all support personnel, engineering, Government personnel, etc. as required.
  • Provide transitional operations and maintenance (O&M) support for six months after each rollout phase completion. Activities include training Tier II and Tier III teams and ensuring all documentation and knowledge transfer is completed.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate Contractor activities.
  • Identify and communicate issues and risks to the Government and offer recommendations on how issues/risks should be mitigated to successfully satisfy the requirements.
  • Attend weekly meetings, annotate action items, meeting notes, meeting minutes, and report action item status.
  • Provide a staffing plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources, and management controls to be employed. The staffing plan shall be updated when any changes
  • Develop an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The IMS shall include key milestones and activity information for the program and tasks.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a quality control plan.
  • Support activities of the program to include meeting preparation and facilitation, preparing and conducting briefings, and developing options/white papers describing potential technical design and deployment alternatives.
  • Provide Weekly Status Reports (WSRs) detailing activities during the reporting period, problems and corrective actions, personnel updates, required government actions, schedules (to include major tasks, milestones, and deliverables), risks associated with cost, schedule and performance, and other direct costs (ODCs)
  • Manage travel arrangements to include pre-approval of trips and trip reports.
  • Purchase integral hardware, software components, and licenses for installation and implementation of the architecture. Includes preapproval and reporting in the WSR.
  • Provide strategic massaging and documentation of initiatives to ensure goals are met.

  • Minimum Experience: Eight (8) years' experience in Program Management. Additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
  • Management of multisite IT hardware/infrastructure deployments
  • Education/Experience: Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science in a Business Management
  • Security/Certification Requirements:
    • Sensitivity Level: IT-I
      Clearance: Secret
      Program Management Certification - PMP
