Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) was created with the purpose of providing integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers both CONUS and OCONUS. CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace.

Chenega Agile Real Time Solutions (CARS) is currently looking for a Mid - Imagery Analyst that will be in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities
  • Use GIS tools (ArcPro, ArcGIS) to provide a better understanding of variables in each geographic region.
  • Extract data using analytic software (ArcPro, ArcGIS, iSPY) to drive assessments.
  • Provide spatial analysis intended to improve the quality of data models identifying military facilities in rural areas.
  • Analyze data sets for spatial patterns, provide updates to predictive models, and assess the accuracy of existing models.
  • Provide human-in-the-loop feedback to data scientists to assess accuracy of data models
  • Test results from current models against updated data sets to verify results.
  • Coordinate with GEOINT analyst to draft a one-page report accompanying polygons with identified facilities.
  • Participate in team retrospectives to implement lessons learned, stakeholder feedback, and next steps for iterative processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree and 3+ years relevant experience OR
  • High school diploma and 5+ years relevant experience in Multi-Int Analysis.
  • Strong understanding of imagery collection operational applications and interfaces used in the discovery, ordering, and retrieval of commercial and NTM imagery.
  • Experience with ArcGIS.
  • Working knowledge of COTS imaging processing/exploitation applications.
  • Familiarity with current commercial imagery, products, processes and sensors.
  • Functional knowledge of imagery, products, platforms, and exploitation process.
  • TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Poly clearance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community Missions.
  • Demonstrate experience using geospatial technologies (ArcGIS, Google Earth, etc.).
  • Demonstrate experience creating intelligence products supporting mission requirements.
  • Demonstrate experience using DoD/IC databases and tools.
  • Demonstrate experience developing and sustaining inter-organizational mission partnerships or relationships across NGA, the Intelligence Community, and/or DOD.
  • Familiarity with the TCPED process.
  • Ability to collaborate with analysts in the Source Directorate, Dept. of State, and CIA who also do boundary analysis for guidance, and coordination.
  • Ability to work overnightShift hours. Shift will be identified upon hire.
  • Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting.
  • Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals.
  • Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
  • Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, previous customer service experience strongly desired.
  • Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it .
