IntelliBridge is looking for a hands-on Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our growing team!
As a Mid .NET Developer, you will assist in developing open source solutions, participate in design reviews, conduct code reviews, create test plans and participate in testing reviews, and resolve moderate defects. This position will help in supporting the designs, documents, reviews, and maintenance of the components of software solutions for USDA NRCS conservation financial assistance Information Technology (IT) products and services.
The role operates in a SAFe based Agile environment and requires an understanding of the full software lifecycle, including DevSecOps implementations, Software Development, System Integration, and Cyber Security related to Financial Management systems.

Responsibilities:
- Create software code, unit tests and assist with encoding, testing, debugging, and documentation
- Understand client requirements and prepare designs for translating those into software applications
- Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality
- Perform installation of code releases and patches and write scripts or programs for IT applications
- Researches, and assists in the development, and/or participates in hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of large enterprise applications. This includes troubleshooting production issues, deploying application and configuration components, automation and upgrade.
- Assist in production support of business applications: start and stop of application instances; troubleshoot application failures and diagnosing performance or reliability issues of applications; assisting application teams in the use of custom support tools.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in related field or equivalent work experience can be substituted instead of a degree.
- Must have a total 3 years of IT Experience
- Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to server-side code using C# and ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval.
- Experience in programming primarily around COM/DCOM, SilverLight
- Strong experience in object-oriented design development
- Experienced in writing and consuming SOAP & REST web services
- Prior experience working on developing enterprise web applications for Federal Agencies is a big plus
- Experience with developing Reports with SRSS
- Experience with Angular or REACT based UI frameworks.
- Experience with IBM Rational Suite of products
- Experience with Oracle and/or MS SQLServer
- Ability to do troubleshooting.
