Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $130,000 - $140,000 per year. Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Analysis, Associate to support a Federal Government client remotely. The work will center around acquisitions system support for a small group within the agency, as well as other support as needed related to the financial management system.
Responsibilities
- Assess change management impacts for use of a central repository for contract documents in the financial system
- Develop and maintain training materials for use of the central contract file, and provide training sessions to client as needed
- Performs system configuration regarding integration between Momentum and FPDS
- Provide customer support to contracting officers and contracting specialists related to the financial system
- Serve as a liaison between the client group and other stakeholders in the agency regarding best practices and pain points for the financial system
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience with Momentum Financials/Acquisitions or other federal financial system
- Experience with federal procurement processes
- Must be customer focused and possess the ability to identify issues, analyze, and interpret data and develop solutions to user problems
- Must demonstrate a strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skill set to accurately document, report, and present findings
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees
Desired Qualifications
- Acquisitions Help Desk experience
- Experience working in a user support role
