Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Manage, lead, and oversee Customer Support Specialists' support to users in the following areas:
    • E-mail.
    • Directories.
    • Standard Windows desktop applications.
    • Applications developed under this contract or predecessors.
  • Serve as the SME for troubleshooting network applications, hardware, software, PC, and printer problems.

  • Six (6) years of experience years of specialized experience, including:
    • Knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, mail standards, and work on a help desk.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate orally, in writing, and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
  • Education:
    • B.S. / B.A.

*** OR ***
    • Relevant technical certification (such as a Security+, A+, Network+, CCNA, or GSEC)

*** OR ***
    • A.S. / A.A. Degree and 4 additional years' experience

*** OR ***
    • 8 additional years directly related experience.
  • Clearance: Must be able to attain approval of Physical Access Suitability through a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
