this opportunity with Chenega Analytical Business Solutions (CABS) at the Enterprise Multimedia Center (EMC), you will help offer a full range of services and solutions to support and promote the readiness of the American Soldier. The EMC is the one-stop shop for visual information services throughout the Federal Government and the Department of Defense. EMC offers a full range of media services to enlist, educate, and empower the warfighter.

Summary:

ThePhotographic Services Specialist will provide photographic services to include all phases of photographic image production, including but not limited to the creation of original photographs using film, digital or computer-generated products and delivery of completed projects at both on and off-site locations.

Work you'll do:

As a Photographic Services Specialist within our Enterprise Multimedia Center (EMC) team, you will:

• Consult with the customer to clarify photographic products/services available to meet the customers' photographic needs.

• Provide cost estimates and document materials and hours worked for each project.

• Handle minor administrative duties such as answering phones and assisting customers with request forms.

• Electronically backup all final files of all images created that allow additions, changes, corrections, modifications, layers, and rapid updates.

• Ensure photographic products and services are by accepted industry standards, other applicable directives, guidelines, regulations, and copyright laws.

• Follow directives from the government or senior contractor.

• Complete annual company and customer training requirements according to established policies and procedures.

• Record labor hours daily in an online corporate system.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required and 10+ years of experience in a related field of study.

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.

• Background check required and must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within 6 months of hire.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to pass customer security requirements.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based computer software, including Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium, Microsoft Office Suite applications, and storage software and various product output, including small and large format printers including photographic output, laminators, manual and electric cutter methods, electronic presentation products, and the creation of CD/DVD products.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written at multiple levels and able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications.

• Must be capable of quickly learning new systems and associated software applications for proficient execution of tasks.

• Must be well organized and capable of managing multiple projects with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment.

• Ability to travel to various sites both CONUS and OCONUS as required.
