Chenega IT Enterprise Services, LLC is currently seeking a Project Manager/Supervisor in New York, NY or Edison, NJ .

TheProject Manager/Supervisor is responsible for the records management program and providing full life cycle program management in all aspects of program performance. TheProject Manager/Supervisorprovides direction and administrative management for the program, ensures quality control, and meets contract deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
  • Manage teams of contract support personnel.
  • Serve as a principle liaison with current and prospective program customers.
  • Build strong working relationships with customer and team and work collaboratively with individuals across all functional areas.
  • Develop concrete and actionable plans.
  • Meet with customer and company to formulate and review plans and deliverable items, ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs.
  • Assure quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
  • Perform program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
  • Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities and administer subcontractor deliverables and finances.
  • Develop, review, and approve plans, schedules, consulting agreements, and other program documents.
  • Prepare and provide various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
  • Participate in business development activities, including but not limited to preparation and review of technical and cost proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate this function, including the Monthly Progress Reports and Monthly Invoices and serve as the single point of contact for any questions related to the contractor's work.
  • Work with the COR to define work tasks, assign work tasks, and resolve problem areas.
  • Schedule on-going work and specific work orders for miscellaneous tasks in an efficient, responsive manner, ascertaining EPA priorities designated by the COR.
  • Review the performance of his/her employees, making recommendations to the COR on changes that would improve efficiency of the contract operation.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
  • Master's degree in Library Science, Master's in Business Administration, or a related advanced degree in a related business field OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant management experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated relevant experience in the management of projects of a similar scope and complexity as detailed in the Performance Work Statement.
  • Related records management experience, including supervisory and quality management experience.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience using data management tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Background check required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Records Management regulations, policies, processes and systems, and best practices.
  • Up to 10% travel required.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills required with ability to prioritize.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication.
  • Must possess a great deal of tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
  • Strong ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to handle large, complex workload, effectively coordinate multiple resources, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven analytic ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies, and propose innovation solutions.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite.
